The petitioner has been in custody since 16.09.2017 in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 44/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was earlier arrested in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017 registered under the Arms Act and, therefore, he has been remanded in several cases including the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that though he has been in custody since almost four months yet no T.I. Parade has been conducted and there has also been no recovery from the conscious
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5578 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 possession of the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 44/2017.
