The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No.557 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b), a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners has produced a web copy of the order dated 02.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc No. 1317 of 2021 by which one of the petitioners, namely, Vikash Kumar @ Vikash, who is an accused in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 556 of 2020, has been granted anticipatory bail as there are two versions of the same occurrence.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No.557 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
