Narayanpur Police Station, DistrictBhagalpur who have ordered to remove their Jhuggi Jhopri which is situated on Government land at Village- Gangapur, Panchayat -Jaipur Chuhar West, Block and Anchal-Narayanpur, District-Bhagalpur by the encroachment by the petitioner alongwith other 50 persons of residence of Jhuggi Jhopri Association otherwise they would demolish their Huts/Jhuggi Jhopri (House) and after demolition cost of demolition will the taken by them.."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner and others have already been evicted from the land in question, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous during the interregnum period, hence, he does not wish to press the present writ petition. According, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
