2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"i. For a direction to the respondent No.6 to stop the land of the petitioner from being mutated in the name of Chetna Kumari (Resp.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11481 of 2025(2) dt.21-07-2025 2/3 No.8), the said land appertains to Mauza Kaswa Dighi, Khata No. 123, Khesra No. 1000, Area- 46 decimal, out of which 4 decimal of land has been illegally transferred through sale deed in the name of private respondent No.9 which has been owned and possessed by the grand father (Antu Yadav) of the petitioner through sale deed dt.24.06.1970, executed by the Brahamdev Singh and Naurangi Singh in favour of Antu Yadav and the possession have also been transferred and Jamabandi No.813 has been created in the name of Antu Yadav and till date the petitioner is in possession of land out of which over some part of land, residential houses are standing since long and other part of land has been using as Bari and agriculture.

ii. For a direction to the respondent No.6 not to register any sale deed presented / executed by Chetana Kumari (Resp. No.8) in favour of any person with regard to the land appertains to Mauza - Kaswa Dighi, Khata No. 123, Khesara No. 1000, 889 Area- 46 decimal which land has been coming in possession of the petitioner since 1972 and

Patna High Court CWJC No.11481 of 2025(2) dt.21-07-2025 3/3 Jambandi has also been running since long out of which over some part of land residential houses are standing since long and other part of land has been using as Bari and agriculture by the petitioner.

iii. To grant any other reliefs for which the petitioner is entitle to get in the eye of law."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the competent Civil Court for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
