The petitioner is accused in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 38 of 2011 registered under Section 498(A), 323, 307, 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation of informant Rita Devi is that her brother-in-law Bablu Ram and sister-in-law Babi Devi put her at fire causing assault, when she made alarm, then one Dhalo Ram asked her to inform either to her Myka or Police Station. Further allegation of informant is that petitioner Vikash Ram, her husband, who had already performed marriage and used to reside at Delhi talked on mobile at his house to burn the informant. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51085 of 2015 (2) dt.08-02-2016 submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that petitioner, who is husband of the informant, was not present at the time of the occurrence. Further submission is that the allegation of performing remarriage of this petitioner is false and petitioner is ready to keep his wife (informant) with full dignity.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 38 of 2011.
