Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Runnisaidpur, P.S. Case No. 569 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case due to admitted partition dispute. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. No one has sustained injury in the alleged occurrence. Learned counsel further submits that petitioners
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50193 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 have got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-VIII, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 569 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
