Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 337 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of assault with sword at the head of the informant. The Doctor has found simple bleeding at the head of the informant. Submission is that for land dispute, the allegation is general and omnibus. Petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
