JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard Sri Ajay Thakur, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Ram Sumiran Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Madan Kumar, learned A.P.P. The petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302, 201, 120(B) / 34 of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on perusal of the F.I.R. itself it is evident that only on suspicion most of the family members of the petitioner were made accused. He further submits that he is in custody on the strength of confessional statement of the petitioner himself made before the Police.

In view of the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner namely, Sudhir Sharma be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Gond, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015.
