The present writ application is filed for seeking the following reliefs:- (A) To quash the order dated 08.07.2014 passed by Anchal Adhikari Bochahan, District-Muzaffarpur a copy of which is annexed as Annexure-3 to this writ application by which he has directed to issue Baskit parcha in the names of respondent nos. 7 to 10 in
Patna High Court CWJC No.18461 of 2017(2) dt.23-06-2025 2/2 respect of the petitioner land detailed in para no. 4 of the petition situated in village-Karanpur, P.S. and Anchal-Bochahan, District-Muzaffarpur without notice to the petitioner.
(B) To pass any such order or orders as this Hon'ble Court think fit and proper.
3. The counter affidavit shows that the land was allotted to the landless after the inspection of the area where it was found that they are residing there after constructing their respective houses.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has genuine grievance for which he shall be approaching the competent Court.
5. Learned counsel for the State submits that such liberty is always available to anyone much less the petitioner.
6. Taking into account the aforesaid submissions/facts, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum/Court.
