The petitioner has been in custody since 16.09.2017 in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 57 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner was taken into custody in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017 for the offence registered under Section 25(1-b) A/26/35 of the Arms Act, and thereafter, on the basis of his own statement, he has been remanded in four other cases. He further submits that on the basis of his own statement made before the police he cannot be implicated in this case, as the same has no evidentiary value Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5422 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 3rd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, District Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 57 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No. 681 of 2017.
