Petitioners are not named in the first information report but it appears that their name surfaced in this case in course of investigation.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners and petitioners are languishing in jail custody since 07-05-2015. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mojahidpur P.S.
