ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 09-05-2025 It is stated by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that after filing of the present writ petition, the petitioner has clear the entire due amount to the RespondentBank and the Respondent-Bank have issued a No Objection Certificate (NOC) with regard to the loan account.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the initial prayer that was sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and nothing remains to be adjudicated upon

No. 4 of 2025 is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the Respondent-Bank to duly take into account the clearance of the loan and inform the concerned authority (CIBIL) about the same and see that the CIBIL Score of the petitioner is restored/ improved.

3. Having regard to the same, the Respondent-Bank i.e. Respondent No. 10 is directed to inform the concerned authority (CIBIL) about the closure of the loan and also see that necessary steps are taken by the said CIBIL for improving the score as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
