2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. In the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for the grant of following reliefs:

(i) For quashing the final merit list dated 28.04.2025 published pursuant to Advertisement No. (Palnaghar) 01/2024 dated 26.02.2024 by the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura for appointment of Crèche Worker in Palnaghar, prepared arbitrarily.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12488 of 2025(2) dt.08-09-2025 2/3 (ii) For direction to the Respondent no.3- the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura for publication of fresh merit list after re-evaluation of candidates strictly in accordance with notified criteria including educational qualification, experience and interview and as followed in the District in analogous selections like MTS, Finance Expert and Account Assistant in District Hub For Women Empowerment and Paramedical Person in One Stop Centre based on educational qualification (60%), experience (25%) and Interview(15%).

(iii) For directing the Respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Crèche Worker as she has the highest marks if marks for educational qualification is considered as in other cases.

(iv) For any other relief/reliefs for which petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that for the reliefs claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 30.05.2025 before the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura vide Annexure- P/7, which continues to be pending.

5. Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits

Patna High Court CWJC No.12488 of 2025(2) dt.08-09-2025 3/3 that an appropriate direction be issued by this Court to the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura to dispose of the representation of the petitioner on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a fixed time frame by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

Considering the fact that the representation filed by the petitioner is pending before the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura, therefore, this Court considers it appropriate to dispose of the present writ application giving direction to the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 30.05.2025 on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and speaking order within three months from today.

7. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ application is disposed of. All pending interlocutory application(s), if any, shall also be deemed to have been disposed of.
