09-10-2015 Heard Md. Naushad Uzzoha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D.P.Tiwari, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is husband of complainant and in custody in Complaint Case No. 2624 of 2009, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 25-02-2015. Keeping in view the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioner namely Harinandan Ram @ Harind Ram be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,
