This is a case registered under Sections 302,201,120(B0/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the FIR has been lodged on recovery of the dead body of the victim in the field. The statement of the wife of the deceased has been recorded wherein she has disclosed the names of the various persons alleging their involvement. However, the petitioner has not been named in the said statement of the wife. The petitioner is on bail in the other cases mentioned in Para 3 of the bail petition and he is in jail custody in connection with this case since 19.07.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees

(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
