The petitioner who was enlarged on anticipatory bail in connection with Thakrahan P.S. Case No. 6 of 2019 by order dated 30.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35003 of 2019 has filed the instant application for modification of the said order dated 30.05.2019.

The first prayer of the petitioner is that his local address which is mentioned in paragraph 5 of this application be incorporated in his description portion in the order dated 30.05.2019 and that the time of six weeks granted to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45252 of 2019(2) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 petitioner to surrender in the Court below by order dated 30.05.2019 be extended suitably.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having gone through the record, I do not see any reason for not allowing the prayer made in the instant application. Accordingly, let the address of the petitioner being resident of Village-Thakrahan, P.S. -Thakrahan, District- East Champran be read as part of the petitioner's description/address in the order dated 30.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35003 of 2019. Further the time granted to the petitioner by order dated 30.05.2019 to surrender in the court below in connection with Thakrahan P.S. Case No. 06 of 2019 pending in the Court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 10th, Bagha, West Champaran is extended by four weeks from today. This application stands disposed of.
