The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 52 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 419, 467, 468, 471, 472/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegedly, BETET marks sheet of the petitioner was found different from the record of Bihar Board as father's name differs.
Submission is of false implication and that it was fault of Bihar Board and not of the petitioner . How Bihar Board recorded the father's name of the petitioner as Someshwar
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54867 of 2017 (3) dt.12-01-2018 2/2 Prasad though the father's name of the petitioner is Ram Briksh Paswan and in the mark sheet of BETET it is rightly mentioned and, as such, the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration. The learned A.P.P. fairly submits that no loss has been caused to the government.
In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sanjeev Kumar, A.C.J.M.-III, Arwal, Jehanabad, in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 52 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J.) Rajiv/- U T
