ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2014 in connection with Lauka (Lalmaniya) P.S. Case No.255 of 2014, G.R. No.1987/14 for the offences under Sections 216(A), 365, 386 and 327/34 of the I.P.C.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.5.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.10911/15.

Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
