JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 05-08-2024 The petitioner was an Anganwari Worker in ICDC Scheme. The petitioner was absent from her duty on 25.04.2018, only for one days absent, she was terminated from her service. The petitioner submitted a statutory appeal before the District Programme Officer, ICDC, Muzaffarpur but the said appeal was dismissed. The order of dismissal of the appeal of the petitioner was challenged before the Divisional Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the said appeal is still pending.

2. I have heard the learned Advocate on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11521 of 2024(2) dt.05-08-2024 2/2 petitioner and the respondents.

3. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of directing the Divisional Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur to dispose of the appeal bearing ICDC Appeal No.171 of 2019 filed by the petitioner within 60 days from the date of communication of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties.

4. The petitioner is at liberty to communicate the server copy of the order.
