The grievance of the petitioner is discrimination in the matter of allowing the petitioner to join after expiry of the period of Lien.

Leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly circumstanced other whose lien expired were allowed to join in the University service but in the matter of this petitioner the University has adopted different yardstick.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University submits that the University is prepared to accept the joining of the petitioner in the similar term Dr. Amrendra Kumar Sharma was granted joining.
