The petitioner has been in custody since 07.11.2017 in connection with Hajipur P.S. Case No. 552 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is of recovery of one countrymade pistol and two live cartridges. It is further submitted that the same was not recovered from his conscious possession.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has got clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5744 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 552 of 2017.
