The petitioner seeks bail in Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 232 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 (g) of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner along with others committed rape upon the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to mala fide intention.

In view of the specific allegation against this petitioner and statement of victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, the trial court is directed to expedite the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47472 of 2019(4) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 trial and conclude the same within a period of nine months from today.
