Though the writ petition is against such order of transfer but it appears that the petitioner has already joined the new place of posting at Buxar.

The reason for the petitioner to challenge such order of transfer is purely personal.

It has been submitted that petitioner is getting

Patna High Court CWJC No.14746 of 2019(2) dt.24-07-2019 2/3 her son who is differently abled treated at Ranchi and therefore she found it convenient as long as she was posted at Hilsa, Nalanda at Biharsharif.

Under such circumstances, the petitioner prays that if she files a representation before the Additional Secretary, General Administration Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent No. 3), the same be considered in correct perspective.

Noticing the fact that petitioner is not particularly interested in remaining posted at Nalanda at Biharsharif but only wants a posting at a place from where she could conveniently commute to Ranchi for treatment of her son, this Court directs the petitioner to make a representation before the Additional Secretary, General Administration Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent No. 3) within a period of three weeks from today, which shall be considered by the concerned respondent in correct perspective looking at the feasibility of revisiting the order of transfer and an

Patna High Court CWJC No.14746 of 2019(2) dt.24-07-2019 3/3 order shall be passed within a further period of four weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
