2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2)/74/352/3(5) and Section 37 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, these two petitioners along with co-accused while in inebriated condition misbehaved and abused the minor daughter of the informant and her friends.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner. He further submits that general and omnibus allegations have been levelled against these petitioners. No specific overt-act has been assigned against them.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition. He submits that one of the co-accused Bittu Kumar Sharma was arrested on the spot who disclosed the name of these petitioners.

6. Considering the accusation, this application is dismissed.
