This application is for extension of time for depositing the money in pursuance of the order dated 14.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24176 of 2015.

It is submitted that the petitioner surrender in court in pursuance of the order aforesaid and he is on bail. The petitioner deposited Rs. 4,00,000/- in the month of January 2016, Rs. 8,00,000/- on 16.04.2016 and Rs. 12,57,000/- on 28.06.2016. The petitioner has already deposited the entire amount almost after three months, but the bail bond of the petitioner has not been cancelled as yet. The petitioner deposited 20 per cent of the entire amount in pursuance of the order dated 14.07.2015. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3470 of 2016 (2) dt.29-06-2016 2/2 (Kaimur) is directed not to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner and the petitioner is allowed to remain on the same bail bond. With this observation the modification petition is disposed of.
