The petitioner is in custody in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 259 of 2018 (G.R. No. 1956/2018) for the offenses under Sections 341, 354, 307, 504,34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that on his order, firing was made on the husband of informant. The petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is aged about 65 years, the Court is inclined to grant him bail. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on
