Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 354B, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of outraging the modesty of the daughter of the informant and making assault to the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are the neighbour of the informant and due to petty dispute accusation has been levelled. For the occurrence of 02.11.2015 the First Information Report was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2977 of 2016 (2) dt.19-01-2016 registered on 07.11.2015, though the fardbeyan was registered on 02.11.2015. There is counter version of the occurrence. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran. With the above observation this application is disposed of.
