JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-09-2021 Heard Ms. Shatakshi Sahay, the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 204 of 2020, dated 09.07.2020, instituted for the offence under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the younger brother of the husband of the deceased.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4998 of 2021(2) dt.09-09-2021 2/3 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the accusation against him is general and omnibus. The deceased and her husband were separate in mess and business from before. It has further been submitted that the husband of the deceased is in custody and the sister-inlaw of the deceased has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is a young person, who has been made accused in this case only because of his being the brother of the husband of the deceased.

Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-XIII-Cum-A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 204 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under

The application stands allowed.
