Petitioner is the sole rapist of victim Anila Devi. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of animosity prevailing amongst the parties such eventualities visualized which is nothing but un-holy conduct of the informant whereunder case has been filed after so many days and so he be enlarged on anticipatory bail.

At the other end, learned Additional Public Prosecutor assisted by learned counsel for the complainant opposed the prayer and submitted that there happens to be specific allegation which has got nothing to do in the background of so-called documents filed on behalf of petitioner because of the fact that event of rape is not guided by the aforesaid eventualities. Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
