Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.195 of 2017, registered under Sections 379, 411, 414, 401, 413, 467, 468, 471, 419, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that stolen motorcycle was recovered from possession of the petitioner during vehicle checking by the police.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2017 whereas the learned counsel for the State submits that there is recovery of stolen motorcycle from possession of the petitioner and he has two criminal antecedents.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15187 of 2018(2) dt.20-03-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.195 of 2017 pending in the court of learned Sub-Judge-IX, Patna.
