The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest registered under Sections 302, 201 and 364/34 of the I.P.C. in connection with Deoria P.S. Case No. 51 of 2014 pending in the Court of S.D.J.M. (W), Muzaffarpur.

The accusation is that Uma Devi, mother of the informant was taken by the petitioner and three others named in the F.I.R. on the pretext to get executed the sale deed. After reaching at Deoriya, the mother of the informant talked him through her mobile no. 8873184492 on his mobile no. 8651568451 but later on, the informant could not talk to her mother and he received the call through mobile no. 8757100449 about murder of her mother.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30921 of 2014 (2) dt.20-01-2015 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion.

Admittedly, the mother of the informant is still traceless, who has been accompanied by the petitioner and other for Deoria to get the sale deed executed.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is rejected.
