The petitioner has been in custody since 06.12.2016 in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 271/2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A/26-II of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that considering the long period of custody, the petitioner may be extended the privilege of regular bail.

In view of the above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.
