The Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Rajauli P.S.Case No. 100 of 2015 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the serious allegation levelled against this petitioner for assaulting the injured by means of knife, the Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
