The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,406,426,477A and 468 of the Indian Penal Code and section 138 of N.I. Act. It is alleged that the informant advanced rupees four lacs twenty five thousand to petitioner for supply of bricks but the bricks were not supplied. Subsequently, four cheques of rupees ninety five thousand each were issued, which got bounced. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has returned rupees four lacs twenty five thousand and the informant has filed a compromise petition before the learned court below. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Siwan in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 43 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
