This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail in a case under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the statement of the victim under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner above named is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Delha P.S.
