The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 102 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is said to have assaulted on the head of the informant by means of Dab while other accused persons by means of lathi, danda, hockey stick and the informant has sustained grievous head injury, besides other injury on his person.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. Entire family members of the petitioner have been

Though, the head injury has been opined by the doctor as grievous in nature, but there is no repetition of blow. He has no criminal antecedent. He has been languishing in custody since 18.11.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Bikramganj, district-Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S.
