Allegation has been made for non-compliance of the order dated 7.3.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 20164 of 2012. Learned counsel for the Bihar School Examination

Patna High Court MJC No.2916 of 2015 (2) dt.31-08-2016 Board has submitted that the Board has conducted the examination repeatedly. The petitioner was informed for appearance in the examination and certain other persons have appeared but the petitioner has remained absent. In such view of the matter, this Court does not intend to initiate a contempt proceeding.

Accordingly this application is dismissed.
