2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 445 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366-A, 341, 504, 506, 384, 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that, according to matriculation certificate, the date of birth of the victim is 18.06.2005 and on the date of lodging of the FIR, she was major. She solemnized court marriage with the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47777 of 2025(3) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 according to her own sweet will, but subsequently, under pressure from her family members, she lodged this false and frivolous case. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 13.05.2025.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Siwan Towan in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 445 of 2024, subject to the following conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
