2 The writ petition was filed for payment of entire retiral dues of the petitioner's husband who died in service on 27.03.2012. A counter affidavit is on record stating that all payments have been made. 3 In view of the aforesaid, nothing remains for this Court to take any further action.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13402 of 2014 dt.16-09-2016 4 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner is the widow, she may not be aware of all the payments that have been made.

5 Accordingly, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a representation if any payment has not yet been made. The representation may be made to the Superintending Engineer, respondent no.2 who shall dispose of the same within one month from today by a speaking order.
