JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL JUDGMENT 13-07-2015 Having regard to the fact that the opposite parties in compliance of an order of this Court in the connected writ application have already passed an order placing the name of the petitioner at sl. No. 1629 of the State Level Gradation List, this Court is now no longer inclined to continue with the contempt proceeding inasmuch all that was directed by this Court in the connected writ application was to consider her grievance as with regard to non-inclusion of her claim in the gradation list.

2. It, however, goes without saying that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by such placement of her seniority, nothing said in this order will come in her way in approaching the competent
