JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-12-2015 Heard Sri Jagannath Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody since 27.06.2015 in connection with Matihani P.S. Case no.105/2015 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. He submits that the petitioner is having clean antecedent and he was made accused on the same date in two cases. The petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2015.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation and period of custody as well as the fact that the petitioner is having clean

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51386 of 2015 (3) dt.07-12-2015 2/2 antecedent, let the petitioner, namely, Amrit Ranjan @ Kari be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Pushpendra Kumar Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Matihani P.S. Case no.105 of 2015.
