JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, counsel appearing on behalf of the State and the Madarsa Education Board. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is national awardee and he is entitled to extension of service by 3 years on account of the policy decision of the State Government. He submitted that the matter is pending at the level of Madarsa Education Board and as such the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent Nos. 6 and 7 to take final decision on the representation of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16444 of 2017(2) dt.05-12-2017 2/2 petitioner with regard to grant of extension considering the fact that he is a national awardee.

After hearing the parties, the writ application is disposed of with the direction to the Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 to take final decision within a period of 60 days in terms of the policy decision of the State Government for grant of extension to the national awardee teachers.
