In this case, the anticipatory bail application was allowed on 06.01.2023, due to typographical mistake in the first paragraph and the last portion, the P.S. case was wrongly incorporated.

The order is modified to the following extent. "The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No.16 of 2022 instituted under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354(A), 447, 427 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Let the petitioners be released on bail, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49648 of 2022(3) dt.12-01-2023 2/2 the event of their arrest or surrender before the Sub-ordinate court within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No.16 of 2022 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C."
