2. The petitioners are in custody since 25.08.2015 in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 221 of 2014 for the alleged offences under Sections 365, 302, 201,120(B) IPC.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners are not named in the FIR and they had been implicated merely on the confessional statement of co-accused Rambilash. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been variously granted anticipatory bail and regular bail by this Court.
4. Learned APP who opposes the bail petition on the basis of case diary submitting that the offence alleged is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48860 of 2015 (4) dt.12-02-2016 serious in nature.
5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Nawada in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 221 of 2014 .
