2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction, directing the respondent concerned to start conciliation proceeding of Jamabandi of Jamabandi No.1467 and 1468 by which 4 decimal of
Patna High Court CWJC No.18095 of 2017(2) dt.16-09-2025 2/3 land of Khata No.220 Plot No.240 of Village-Satgama, P.S.Jamui District Jamui has been mutated in the name of Anupam Madhu respondent No.6 and conclude the same within statutory period;
(ii) respondents may be further directed to remove Encroachment from the public road, which crosses through 4 decimal land of Khata No. 220 plot No. 240 Village Satgama;
(iii) for any other relief/s for which the petitioner/s are found entitled to.
3. A counter affidavit has come on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 5 and as per para-8, the Jamabandi of Smt. Anupam Madhu has already been cancelled by the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Jamui on 02.03.2020. However, they have now moved before the competent Civil Court in Title Suit No. 212 of 2021 which is presently pending.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts, directing the concerned Court to expedite the Title Suit No. 212 of 2021 so that the same is taken to its logical conclusion after all the concerned parties appear in it, the writ petition is disposed of.
