ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are in custody since 25.10.2017 in connection with Jale P.S. Case No. 165/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections147/148/149/341/323/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation against these petitioners is general and omnibus and other similarly situated persons who are also alleged to be there at the place of occurrence have since been extended the privilege of regular bail.

Considering the nature of allegations made and that the other co-accused persons have been extended the privilege of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25069 of 2018 (2) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 bail in Cr. Misc. No. 21243 of 2018 vide order dated 12.04.2018, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Darbhanga, in connection with Jale P.S. Case No. 165/2017.
