The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 225 of 2021 dated 15.07.2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

30 liters of liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2021. In the other criminal cases of similar nature in which the petitioner was made accused earlier, she has been granted bail.

Regard being had to the period of custody of the petitioner and her gender, she is directed to be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59876 of 2021(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S.
