2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"to correct the Chak Khata No. 24 by Chak Khata No.3 in the prayer portion i.e. in Para No.1(ii) of the aforesaid writ petition bearing CWJC No. 6051 of 2025. The application is further directed for modification/correction accordingly in the order

Patna High Court MJC No.2349 of 2025(4) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 dated 24.04.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court in the CWJC No. 6051 of 2025."

3. In view of the averment made in paragraph no.6 of the petition, the modification petition is allowed subject to payment of Rs.1,000/- to Bihar State Legal Services Authority.

4. The Chak Khata No. 24 in the order dated 24.04.2025 be read as Chak Khata No. 3.

5. Accordingly, the MJC No. 2349 of 2025 is disposed of.
