Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR was lodged under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code against unknown on missing of Rajnish Kumar Pathak.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no witness of the occurrence of murder of Rajnish Kumar Pathak. Name of the petitioner had been dragged for the reason that petitioner is relation of co-accused Suman Pathak.
Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

No.21659 of 2018 (2) dt.18-04-2018 2/2 Considering the fact that there is no direct evidence against the petitioner and petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Delha Police Station Case No. 222 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
