In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 18/2015 registered for offences under sections 498(A), 323, 313 and 494 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim was married to the petitioner, but the marriage could not run smoothly which led to filing of the present case.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the victimlady has no sound mind and it is very difficult to keep her. There is no dispute that the lady is wife of the petitioner. Allegation has been made of 2nd marriage.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51016 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 18/2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner must pay Rs. 2,000/- to Baby Devi by 7th of each month. In case of failure to pay the same, the bail of the petitioner will be treated to have been cancelled.
